This month, our team has earned a new skill accreditation which highlights the expertise, experience, and investment in our services delivery capabilities, helping Modmation to deliver excellent client services and support.

Modmation has earned the “Customer Success Skill” accreditation status in May 2024, after we have successfully completed two main steps: the “Customer Success Specialist” certifications and the “Onboard, Use & Extend Adoption Training”. Together, these two learning paths focus on developing key skills that are crucial to client success management, including stakeholder management, risk identification and executing success plans.

The combination of these two learning paths provide Modmation with essential capabilities to deliver best-in-class client success.
